ITT Inc. is seeking a qualified engineer to direct technical functions for major product families. You will lead design work, prepare layouts and BOMs, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet targets.
The role requires a BS in Engineering with several years of related experience, proficiency in 3D CAD, and experience with Creo, Windchill and SAP in a fast‑paced environment.

Directs and coordinates all technical functions relating to an assigned family of products and/or major design projects by performing the following duties

Bachelor's degree (B.S. in Engineering) from four‑year college or university and five to ten years of related experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Ability to apply common engineering principles. Understanding of Stress and Strain, Torsion, Bending, Fatigue, Buckling, Fluid mechanics, Material science etc. Familiar with ANSI Y14.5 drawing and GD&T standards.
Must have a working knowledge of 3D CAD engineering software (PTC Creo preferred) and working know how of PLM (Windchill preferred) and ERP (SAP preferred). Ability to utilize custom MS office environment.

Specific benefits are dependent upon whether or not the position is part of a collective-bargaining agreement. The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.
$116,400.00 to 163,600.00, plus benefits and potential bonus
