Job summary

Google’s gTech Ads PDE team seeks a technically adept professional to drive complex deployments for enterprise customers. You will work across product, Sales, and engineering to design, validate, and implement data-driven advertising solutions that leverage first-party data and third-party data to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
• Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with online advertising/customer growth and familiarity with ad serving industry and internet technologies.
• Experience working with Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform products or Google Cloud services.
• Expertise in Search+.
• Coding ability with Java or Python, and SQL database knowledge for complex queries.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional product leads, Sales, and gTech Engagement Managers to assess customer marketing objectives and data management strategies.
• Lead deep-dive consultations and martech diagnostic sessions to uncover opportunities for custom solutions.
• Translate complex customer requirements into clear system architectures and technical specifications prioritizing scalability and media activation.
• Lead hand-overs to Engineering, ensuring alignment with product roadmap and acting as a gatekeeper to the Engineering CoE.
• Provide technical-product oversight during implementation and ensure engineering builds align with customer strategy.
