Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Sr Product Delivery Associate within the AI Foundations team to coordinate and advance AI-powered product delivery across the firm. You will partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure aligned priorities, timelines, and success criteria.

You will facilitate agile ceremonies, manage dependencies and risks, and develop delivery artifacts such as roadmaps and RAID logs to maintain transparency and momentum across teams.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in product engineering with 3+ years of applied experience.
• Experience supporting or managing delivery of technology or data-driven products in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating and maintaining delivery documentation including roadmaps, status updates, and risk logs.
• Ability to analyze delivery data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with Claude and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates end-to-end product delivery activities across AI Foundations initiatives, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are actively tracked and communicated.
• Partners with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align on priorities, delivery timelines, and success criteria.
• Facilitates agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to maintain team velocity and focus.
• Identifies and escalates delivery blockers, risks, and issues in a timely manner, driving resolution across cross-functional teams.
• Develops and maintains delivery artifacts including roadmaps, status reports, RAID logs, and release plans to ensure transparency across stakeholders.
• Supports the intake, scoping, and prioritization of new AI product requests in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Monitors and report on key delivery metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement in team performance and product outcomes.
• Contributes to the evolution of delivery frameworks and best practices within the AI Foundations organization.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Exposure to cloud-based infrastructure and modern software delivery practices
• Agile or project management certification (e.g., SAFe, PMP, CSPO, or equivalent)
• Experience working within large, matrixed financial services or technology organizations
