Job summary

Archer, in partnership with JPMorganChase, seeks a Sr Product Delivery Associate to drive AI foundations projects from concept to scale. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across product, engineering, and business units to deliver AI‑powered platforms that advance the firm's technology strategy.

You will facilitate agile ceremonies, manage dependencies and risks, and contribute to delivery artifacts and metrics.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in product engineering with 3+ years of applied experience.
• Experience delivering technology or data‑driven products in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for multiple workstreams.
• Ability to build relationships with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating and maintaining roadmaps, status updates, and risk logs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates end‑to‑end product delivery across AI Foundations initiatives, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Partners with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
• Facilitates agile ceremonies to maintain velocity and focus.
• Escalates blockers and risks to drive timely resolution across cross‑functional teams.
• Develops and maintains delivery artifacts including roadmaps and RAID logs.
• Supports intake, scoping, and prioritization of new AI product requests.
• Monitors delivery metrics and uses data to drive continuous improvement.
• Contributes to evolving delivery frameworks and best practices.

As a Sr Product Delivery Associate within the AI Foundations team at JPMorganChase, you will play a critical role in coordinating and advancing the delivery of AI-powered products and platforms that underpin the firm's strategic technology agenda. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and business stakeholders — ensuring that complex, cross-functional initiatives move forward with clarity, accountability, and momentum. Your contributions will directly shape how AI capabilities are built, deployed, and scaled across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinates end-to-end product delivery activities across AI Foundations initiatives, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are actively tracked and communicated
• Partners with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align on priorities, delivery timelines, and success criteria
• Facilitates agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to maintain team velocity and focus
• Identifies and escalates delivery blockers, risks, and issues in a timely manner, driving resolution across cross‑functional teams
• Develops and maintain delivery artifacts including roadmaps, status reports, RAID logs, and release plans to ensure transparency across stakeholders
• Supports the intake, scoping, and prioritization of new AI product requests in alignment with strategic objectives
• Monitors and reports on key delivery metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement in team performance and product outcomes
• Contributes to the evolution of delivery frameworks and best practices within the AI Foundations organization

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting or managing delivery of technology or data‑driven products in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency with agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Experience creating and maintaining delivery documentation including roadmaps, status updates, and risk logs
• Ability to analyze delivery data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience with Claude and Copilot

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Experience working on AI, machine learning, or data platform product delivery
• Familiarity with the AI/ML product lifecycle, from model development through production deployment
• Exposure to cloud‑based infrastructure and modern software delivery practices
• Agile or project management certification (e.g., SAFe, PMP, CSPO, or equivalent)
• Experience working within large, matrixed financial services or technology organizations
