Discover is a personalized feed that provides users with relevant and meaningful information based on their interests and our knowledge of the world’s information, and is part of the broader Search organization at Google. Today, Discover is one of the world’s largest feed products, with more than 500M daily active users. Our mission is to make it effortless for people to catch up on their interests by bringing together informative, entertaining content.
Our role in Discover Data Science is to advance that mission with a data-informed strategy, identifying opportunities and accelerating execution. The Discover Feed Experiences team owns the user-facing (non-ranking) elements of the Discover product including experience, growth, AI integration into feed and more. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
