Job summary

Trusted Shops is seeking a Senior Product Performance Analyst to join our Product department in a hybrid setup in Cologne or Berlin. You will turn data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and define KPI frameworks that drive product decisions and measurable impact.

You will partner with Product Managers and leadership to develop new metrics, standardize reporting, and ensure data quality across data lakes and warehouses, enabling trusted AI-enabled experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Several years in data analytics or product analytics in a product org.
• Strong SQL and experience with data lakes/warehouses.
• Proficiency with BI, reporting, and data visualization tools.
• Experience building KPI frameworks and scalable measurement structures.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Business fluent English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements for data streams and manage them independently.
• Turn data into clear stories with dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Standardize reporting, KPI definitions, and tracking across Product teams.
• Manage data provisioning from the data lake and ensure reliable access.
• Partner with Product Managers to develop new KPIs and evaluate impact.
• Advise on measurement concepts and performance evaluation within Product.
• Support early product development stages with hypotheses and data points.
