Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, health-tech or another patient-facing industry.
• Ability to translate data findings to operational impact for product, revenue cycle and clinical stakeholders.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort with relational databases and data warehouses.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or spreadsheet-based tooling at scale.
• Excellent communication to non-technical, client-facing audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze eligibility AI, revenue analysis and client outcomes data to track metrics and drive decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting for PMs on product P&L, usage and adoption.
• Consolidate data exports into reusable data models for consistent reporting.
• Translate business questions into clean data pulls and defend recommendations with data.
• Present outcome data in client reviews or renewal conversations when needed.
