TikTok is seeking a mid-level attorney to support monetization-related products and partnerships. You will work with Product and Engineering teams globally to advise on product development, risk mitigation, and public-facing materials.

The role emphasizes privacy-led innovation in advertising technologies, with collaboration across Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and other divisions to provide comprehensive guidance and ensure compliant product launches.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of law practice with in-house product counseling on advertising, products and privacy at a tech platform
• Experience counseling on monetization-related products, terms and transactions
• GenAI, privacy and data protection, and/or adtech experience
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Serve as product counsel for TikTok revenue divisions by partnering with Product and Engineering teams worldwide
• Provide proactive legal guidance across product lifecycle from development to launch and post-launch
• Draft terms, disclosures, agreements, policies and public-facing materials for product initiatives
• Collaborate with AI Governance, Privacy, Payments, Compliance/AML, IP and others for coordinated advice
• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams across time zones on product-related issues
