Qualifications

• Minimum of five years practicing law within the insurance or financial services industry.

• Ability to practice law within the U.S. and admitted to the Bar in at least one U.S. state.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to assigned business units.
• Support regulatory compliance and product filing activities for annuity products.
• Advises on advertising and marketing materials for compliance.
• Handles claims disputes and consumer complaints.
• Manage expenses for assigned matters including budgeting.
