Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field required; advanced degree or professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in product control, finance, accounting, valuation control, audit, market risk, operations, or financial services preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with data visualization, automation, or query tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support financial control, reporting, analysis, and governance for assigned products, portfolios, or businesses.
• Partners closely with Front Office, Market Risk, Operations, Finance, and other control functions to help ensure that P&L, balance sheet, valuation, and reporting processes are accurate, timely, well-controlled, and aligned with TD standards.
• Prepare, review, and explains daily, monthly, and quarterly financial results for assigned products or portfolios, including key drivers, trends, variances, and exceptions.
• Responds to stakeholder requests with clear analysis, appropriate documentation, and timely follow-up. Supports ad hoc analysis, management reporting, and business initiatives that require product control expertise.
