As a Senior Product Associate in Commercial and Investment Banking, you drive meaningful impact by applying your expertise in product development, platform management, and optimization. Grounded in user research and customer feedback, you help create innovative new products while continuously enhancing existing offerings. You partner closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in shaping our product roadmap and sustained success.

Job responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
• Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
• Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
• Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
• Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
• Lead end-to-end product delivery across discovery, feasibility assessment, dependency management, release coordination, and product operationalization; drive product performance reporting and escalation opportunities to improve efficiency and cross-functional coordination.
• Define and document requirements by writing clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support product development, while considering upstream/downstream impacts on the broader customer journey and operating model.
• Partner with Design (UX/UI) to support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis; synthesize insights into the product strategy and roadmap, identifying features that drive customer value.
• Identify AI-driven efficiency opportunities with stakeholders; run user feedback sessions and incorporate insights into iterative product enhancements and prioritization decisions.
• Own agile execution including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, delivery tracking, and continuous refinement to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
• Experience driving platform transformation in partnership with Technology and Design (UX/UI) for large-scale digital operations.
• Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle activities, especially discovery, requirements definition, and delivery execution.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new businesses quickly, map pain points, and translate opportunities into a prioritized product plan.
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., generative AI assistants, workflow automation, and analytics-enabled tooling) to improve product delivery efficiency, support research/synthesis, and accelerate iteration.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proven track record of delivering and launching products at scale, including experience leveraging agentic frameworks.
• Strong executive communication skills, including experience presenting strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leaders.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy (ability to interpret metrics, trends, and customer signals).
• Prior experience in Commercial & Investment Banking preferred.
