Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Sr. Product Associate on the Intelligent Payments team to drive product development and optimization through data-driven insights and AI-powered solutions.

You will partner across the organization to shape roadmaps, analyze metrics, and translate business needs into requirements for engineering. You will work closely with data teams to surface actionable insights, own lifecycle activities from discovery through delivery, and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Hands-on experience with product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.
  • Proficient knowledge of data analytics and strong data literacy.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills that drive team success and stakeholder engagement.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality results while working independently and taking full ownership of projects.

Job responsibilities
  • Apply data-driven problem solving to shape product roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Prior experience working within a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
  • Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • A proven track record in the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities
