    Job Summary

    As a Senior Associate Product Manager in the Banking Payment team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will focus on promoting innovation and efficiency, collaborating with various teams to drive product success. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, supporting product lifecycle management, and providing training to enhance product knowledge and usage.

    Job responsibilities

    • Assist in the development and execution of product strategies with a focus on controls and compliance.
    • Collaborate with technology, design, and product teams to ensure product development aligns with control requirements.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in control systems and technologies.
    • Support the definition of product requirements and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
    • Participate in managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation.
    • Monitor product performance and assist in making data-driven decisions to optimize controls and improve product quality.
    • Provide support and training to internal teams and customers on product controls and compliance features.
    • Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
    • Understanding of control systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support data-driven decisions.
