Adyen is seeking a high-impact Senior Product Analyst for the Customer Interfaces Data team. You will drive an outcome-oriented analytics program across customer-facing interfaces, localization, and standardized design systems to boost merchant success.

Partner with Product, UX Design, and Engineering to shape what we measure, how we learn from experiments, and how data empowers product teams to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in product analytics, UX analytics, or web/mobile interface data roles.
• Experience designing, driving, and analyzing large-scale experiments and A/B tests.
• Strong data storytelling and cross-functional partnership.
• Proficiency in English in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Own the Interface Metrics Strategy: Design, deploy, and maintain metrics linking interface performance to merchant success.
• Design System Analytics: Measure adoption, usability, and UI performance of design system components across platforms.
• Drive Localization Optimization: Deep dive into localized products to ensure native, intuitive, conversion-optimized interfaces.
• Execute large-scale conversion experiments and govern UX analytics tools to measure user behavior.
