Job summary
Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Senior Product Analytics Developer to lead measurement and analytics for customer-facing digital experiences. You will partner with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and business stakeholders to define metrics and build scalable analytics products.
The role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights, establishing measurement standards, and guiding product investments to improve customer outcomes and organizational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above minimum qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics or related field.
- Advanced proficiency with analytics, reporting, visualization, and data exploration tools.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the steward of product measurement with clear success criteria and trusted analytics.
- Define success metrics, measurement frameworks, and analytics strategies for customer-facing products.
- Design, develop, and maintain analytics data products, metrics, dashboards, and NLQ capabilities.
- Establish scalable measurement approaches to evaluate product performance and customer behavior across digital experiences.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve product optimization and business outcomes.
- Communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
