Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers and engineers to measure results and deliver insights on products throughout their lifecycle
- Identify key metrics and insights to track progress of high-priority initiatives, particularly new AI products
- Develop analytics frameworks for A/B testing and measure the success of product features and initiatives
- Uncover insights to identify new product opportunities that maximize the performance of marketing programs
- Present actionable recommendations to the product organization and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence
- Proficient in using data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Qlikview, MicroStrategy)
- Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries in a business environment
- Knowledge of statistics and experience running A/B tests
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent work experience

- Experience effectively communicating analysis results with stakeholders to drive strategic decisions
- Strong organizational skills to manage fast-paced and dynamic projects
- Inherent curiosity and analytical mindset, with a passion for exploring data-driven solutions
