The position emphasizes market research, pricing strategy, and collaboration with underwriting, actuarial, and claims teams to deliver competitive, customer-focused insurance products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience: generally, a minimum of 13 years of related underwriting or product experience.
• Designations: AU, CPCU, CIC, INS, ARM, CLP or other applicable designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of innovative products to drive premium volume growth and profitability.
• Conducts market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborates with underwriting, actuarial, and claims teams to design insurance solutions and pricing.
• Analyzes market data and customer feedback to identify product enhancements and new development.
• Oversees strategic product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and SWOT analyses.
