POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our Analytics function — a high-impact, cross-functional team that supports decision-making across operations, acquisition, servicing, and communications.
In this highly visible role, you will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and risk teams to identify business opportunities, design experiments, assess performance, and support strategic initiatives across the customer lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead strategic workstreams across servicing, communications, acquisition, and operations.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate initiatives such as vendor performance, funnel optimization, feature launches, and communication strategies.
  • Develop and refine communication strategies, tailored to where customers are in their lifecycle, to improve engagement and drive business outcomes.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and processes to improve operational and customer-facing outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to measure initiatives and inform stakeholder decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure implementation of recommendations and track business outcomes.
  • Build and deliver clear, action-oriented presentations that drive stakeholder buy-in and strategic decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of analytics experience, ideally within FinTech or Product-based firms.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL. Familiarity with Python and ETL pipeline setup in Databricks is a plus.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Domo, Power BI, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience working with clickstream data and analyzing product funnels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.
