PTR Global invites applications for a Senior Product Analyst/Project Manager to join the Personal Lines Auto Delivery team. You will own the end-to-end rollout of pricing programs across assigned states, gather requirements, and communicate plans to stakeholders, serving as pricing SME to inform state decisions.

In a fast-paced environment, you will analyze data, coordinate multi-team initiatives, educate IT and business partners, and deliver clear progress updates to leadership.

• Conduct analyses to support business decisions, including research on competitor offerings and filings.
• Educate IT and business partners on the business plan and the impact of changes.
• Manage project timelines independently, flag risks, build contingency plans, and escalates blockers as appropriate.
• Provide regular progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Participate in job shadow discussions with less experienced analysts and provide user support and training to business groups.

About The Role:

• Join client’s Personal Lines Auto Delivery team and help shape and execute pricing programs that drive USRM’s profit and growth goals.
• Candidates will own rollouts for assigned states, ensure compliance with regulations, and work with stakeholders like the Director of State Operations.
• With a focus on project management, candidates will simplify complex concepts and analyze data to support strategic decisions.

Required Skills:

• P&C insurance experience, ideally with regulatory exposure, state filings, and pricing.

• Pricing and/or product experience
• Experience communicating recommendations, risks, and tradeoffs to senior leadership
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, including supporting peers and sharing knowledge on complex multi-state rollouts
• Strong desire and capability to improve processes and work in cross-functional environments, with measurable results
• Also helpful: Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Python or SAS, and AI-enabled tools.

Manager Notes:

• Max Bill Rate: $82
• Location: Remote (any US time zone)
• Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Pay Range: $50 – $55

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
