Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher required; experience in business analysis or data reporting preferred.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating into product features and user stories.
Proven ability to analyze data to identify trends and drive improvements.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Willing to travel up to 10% for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Responsibilities

Plan and direct analysis and gathering of functional requirements for design and development teams.
Schedule and run requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and track deliverables.
Translate business requirements into use cases and user stories across the lifecycle.
Collaborate with Business, IT, Program and Design teams to facilitate discussions.
Assist in developing UAT scripts and training materials; conduct demonstrations as needed.
Contribute to training and communication documentation; support rollout of new features.
