Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Sr Product Analyst to drive lifecycle management for an AI-driven data pipeline that ingests, normalizes, and enriches automotive aftermarket catalog content. You will guide analysis of user behavior, identify high-value opportunities, and work with teams maintaining catalog data to ensure pipeline success.

The role requires deep retail analytics, automotive data standards expertise, and strong collaboration with product and engineering partners.

Qualifications

• Advanced level to manage all aspects of a product or service to achieve maximum impact.
• Experience across ideation to retirement ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Exposure to automotive aftermarket catalog content and ACES/PIES mapping is a plus.
• Ability to translate data findings into actionable product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all aspects of a product life cycle, including development and marketing.
• Define and deliver AI-enabled catalog data pipeline features and outcomes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets on product usage and catalog data.
• Lead stakeholder communications and manage project schedules and risks.
• Prepare catalog and pipeline information for publication per guidelines.
• Review backlog and reprioritize work to maximize value and reduce costs.
• Provide client training and guidance on AI pipeline capabilities.
• Demonstrate valuable features during customer demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of AI/ML data processing and industry standards.
