• Developing a deep understanding of business goals and processes to inform product family priorities and improvement recommendations.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success.
• Increasing adoption and consumption of product family capabilities
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating product value delivered to customers and proactively championing product improvements
• Monitoring business, market, and technology trends to inform product strategy and proactively proposing new solutions.
• Ensuring alignment and adherence to corporate, financial, and IT standards (e.g., architecture, compliance, security).
