Job description

Faye is the fastest-growing travel protection company in the U.S., and the highest-rated by travelers who use it trip after trip.

We’ve raised $100M to build the autonomous platform for traveler care: insurance, travel care, real-time information, and finance in one place, powered by AI and a team that moves fast.

We’re there for travelers throughout their entire journey, from the moment they book to the moment they’re back home.

The bar is a 6-star experience, 24/7: near-instant payouts, an award-winning app and real support when travel goes sideways. It’s hard to pull off. That’s the point.

Come build what’s next with us.

What we’re looking for

Faye is looking for a Senior Product Analyst to help Faye build smarter, move faster, and make better product decisions through data. You’re deeply data-driven and love turning analysis into meaningful business insights that shape strategy and drive impact.

Sitting at the intersection of Product and Data, you’ll own product analytics across the department. You’ll develop a deep understanding of our customers, products, and business, turn complex data into clear insights, and help Product Managers uncover opportunities, prioritize confidently, and measure what matters.

This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑moving startup, with real ownership, high impact, and strong exposure to cross‑functional leaders.

Responsibilities
  • Become an expert on our products, customers, and business.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers on high‑impact questions, and support them with insights and ad‑hoc data requests.
  • Define, track, and evolve core product KPIs across key journeys and flows.
  • Analyze funnels, cohorts, feature adoption, user behavior, and customer drop‑offs.
  • Identify friction points and translate them into clear product and business recommendations.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests and product experiments.
  • Measure the impact of product launches, feature changes, and customer experience improvements.
  • Build dashboards and recurring insights using Tableau, Mixpanel, Snowflake, dbt, and AI tools or LLM engines.
  • Uphold a high bar for rigor and accuracy, so the numbers that reach stakeholders are right and well understood.
  • Communicate findings clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with Data and Engineering to improve tracking, event instrumentation, and metric definitions.
  • Take part in the team's effort to bring AI into how we work.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in product analytics roles.
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large, real‑world datasets.
  • Experience analyzing product funnels, cohorts, customer journeys, and feature usage.
  • Strong understanding of product metrics such as conversion, activation, engagement, retention, usage, and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and product measurement.
  • Experience with tools like Tableau, Mixpanel, dbt, and Snowflake, or similar.
  • A strong sense of rigor and accuracy, and care for data quality and clear metric definitions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a track record of making data clear and actionable for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to connect product behavior with customer experience and business impact.
  • Comfortable working directly with Product, Data, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Curiosity about using AI to work faster and smarter, and openness to adopting it as part of a team effort.
  • Python or R experience for deeper analysis is a plus.
  • A relevant academic degree or equivalent hands‑on experience.
  • Experience in consumer products, travel, insurance, fintech, or customer‑facing digital products is a plus.

What makes you a great fit

  • You're curious about how customers behave, not just what the dashboard says.
  • You have exceptional business understanding and naturally connect data to the bigger picture.
  • You move fast, really fast, without compromising accuracy.
  • You know how to turn messy product data into clear decisions.
  • You communicate clearly, challenge assumptions respectfully, and help teams move faster with confidence.
  • You're pragmatic, impact-driven, and excited to help build better travel experiences at scale.
  • You're excited to use AI to work smarter and help shape how we use it across the team.
