Responsibilities

• Own the production of two feature teams, driving work from concept through ship.
• Build and maintain schedules, track dependencies, surface risks early.
• Facilitate communication across disciplines, ensuring alignment on priorities and scope.
• Lead sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, improving team processes.
• Shepherd builds and documents for publisher milestone reviews.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans and connect teams with leadership.
