Job summary

Tombras is seeking a Senior Producer in Knoxville, TN to lead productions across video, digital, social, activations and more. You will manage concept through final delivery, oversee budgets, and negotiate with partners to protect the creative vision.

With 10–15+ years in advertising production, you’ll drive large, complex projects, collaborate with Creative and Account teams, and build strong client relationships while staying at the forefront of production technologies.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of advertising production experience.
• Experience across traditional commercials, branded content, digital campaigns, activations, and integrated productions.
• Strong understanding of production across live action, photography, animation, VFX, post-production, audio, experiential, digital, and social content.
• Proven leadership managing large, complex productions.
• Industry relationships across production partners and vendors.
• Budgeting, negotiations, scheduling, and production operations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Kind and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead productions from concept development through final delivery.
• Work on multiple concurrent productions.
• Maintain strong relationships with production partners and freelance talent.
• Ensure projects are on time and on budget while protecting the creative vision.
• Advise on production feasibility and costs to shape ideas within timing and budget.
• Oversee production budgets from small digital content to large HiFi productions.
• Present production plans and recommendations in client meetings.
• Manage client expectations around timing, scope, and budget.
• Identify production risks early and coordinate with Business Affairs on contracts and licenses.
