What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like
As a Senior Producer, you’ll drive high-impact, multi-channel brand and marketing initiatives from concept to execution. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, especially digital, social, and experiential channels. You’ll serve as a central hub for internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless campaign execution with strategic focus. Your daily tasks include:

  • Leading the execution of integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, and other channels.
  • Overseeing brand identity rollouts, ensuring assets are delivered consistently and strategically.
  • Collaborating with creative and strategy teams to translate ideas into workstreams and deliverables.
  • Managing timelines, budgets, and resources to meet milestones.
  • Coordinating event activations and campaign experiences to bring brand stories to life.
  • Acting as the main communicator across teams and with clients, solving challenges proactively and maintaining momentum.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • 8+ years of producer or integrated project management experience in a creative, branding, or marketing agency.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-channel campaigns, especially in digital, social, identity, and event activations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities confidently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic approach to creative execution, ensuring quality and impact.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability as project needs evolve.

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $125,000 DOE
