Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Producer to join the Jurassic World Evolution team, coordinating major development areas and delivering high-quality experiences. The role requires collaboration across design, art, animation, code, audio, QA and publishing, driving features from concept to release.

You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, refine pipelines, and maintain strong communication with internal teams and partners. Hybrid/in-studio role with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Two shipped PC or console titles as Senior Producer or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of Agile development practices.
• Ability to communicate confidently across all organizational levels.
• Strong collaborator able to facilitate cross-disciplinary teamwork.
• Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development across significant areas of the project.
• Support cross-discipline teams in delivering features and content.
• Utilise JIRA and planning tools to organise, schedule, and monitor progress.
• Create and refine pipelines to help developers work efficiently and sustainably.
• Maintain trust and communication with internal teams, stakeholders and external partners.
• Identify risks and blockers and find solutions to emerging issues.
• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups and reviews.

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

We are looking for a Senior Producer to join us on our Jurassic World Evolution team to help shape one of the company’s most recognisable management simulation franchises.As a Senior Producer, you will coordinate major areas of development and deliver compelling, high-quality experiences for players.
