Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a Produce Department Supervisor in Summerville, SC. You will oversee guest service, merchandising programs, and department operations to meet quality and sales goals.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring sanitation and safety, and training hosts to achieve performance standards. This role requires physical stamina and strong teamwork with the store team.

• Supervise produce and floral department operations.

• Maintain department labor budget and scheduling.
• Uphold Lowes Foods quality, sanitation and safety standards.
• Provide training and feedback to staff.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, stocking and guest service.
