Job summary

The LEGO Group Virginia is seeking a Sr. Procurement Manager Specialist to lead the site’s procurement transformation, ensuring compliance, scalability, and alignment with global standards.

You will work with SAP, Power BI, and Coupa to drive cost optimization and risk management while supporting greenfield and expansion projects and collaborating with global teams. This hybrid role includes relocation support and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong procurement process design and continuous improvement experience.
• Strong ERP experience, SAP preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and standardize the LEGO Manufacturing Virginia site procurement process, ensuring compliance and cost management.
• Drive process excellence, governance, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and track procurement KPIs to measure performance and optimize costs.
• Collaborate with internal and global teams to align procurement capabilities with business goals.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and integrate them into regional/global forums.
• Champion procurement systems advancements (SAP, Power BI, Coupa) and drive user adoption.
• Support greenfield and factory expansion objectives with procurement readiness and risk management.
