Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• Typically 5+ years in enterprise app development, SaaS configuration, or integrations with hands-on delivery.
• Experience in techno-functional roles combining development with business process analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa or similar procurement/Source-to-Pay platforms and configuring workflows.

Responsabilités

• Build, configure, enhance, test, deploy, and support procurement applications (Coupa, intake/orchestration) across requisitioning, approvals, purchasing, supplier processes, invoicing, and related workflows.
• Partner with Procurement/Finance to document requirements, designs, and technical specifications for working solutions.
• Design and support integrations between procurement platforms and ERP/enterprise systems via APIs, middleware, and data mappings.
• Develop scripts, components, data mappings, and automation to extend SaaS capabilities with maintainable configurations.
• Identify AI/agentic workflow use cases and contribute to AI-enabled procurement workflows and production controls.
• Collaborate with vendors, AI PODs, architects, and security teams on solution designs, releases, and escalations.
• Own lifecycle execution from evaluation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
