Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Arizona Procurement Code and federal procurement rules.
• Experience with procurement and contract administration processes.
• Ability to manage highly complex/technical solicitations and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, issue, evaluate and award highly complex/technical solicitations.
• Hold discussions, negotiate and request best and final offers.
• Administer contracts and coordinate contract amendments/change orders.
• Provide customer support and resolve supplier performance issues.
• Analyze supplier performance and maintain compliance with statutes and rules.
