Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years related work experience, or Associate’s degree with 4 years related work experience, or High School/GED with 6 years related work experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with procurement processes and supplier management.
• Experience in cost savings, inventory controls, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Proficient procurement services: expediting purchase orders, resolving invoice mismatches, pricing, quantity, and logistics.
• Promotes cost savings and inventory reduction.
• Guides business units on procurement processes, sourcing options, and risk mitigation.
• Monitors supplier relationships and ensures compliance with supplier agreements.
• Acts as liaison between external suppliers and the Business Unit.
• Leads and participates in special projects and may supervise teams.
• Mentors procurement staff and supports duty rotations and outage schedules.
