Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead indirect procurement activities in a large enterprise environment. You will coordinate with Legal and internal stakeholders to ensure cost-effective purchasing and compliant Procure-to-Pay operations in a remote, enterprise setting.

The role requires 8+ years of indirect procurement experience, hands-on P2P platform knowledge (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Zycus, GEP, iValua), and strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute RFP/RFX processes, gather quotations, evaluate bids, and support supplier selection and award decisions.
• Negotiate contracts and collaborate with Legal and business stakeholders throughout contract review and execution.
• Manage requisitions, approval workflows, purchase orders, supplier confirmations, and related transactions within the P2P platform.
• Support business users with P2P system training, troubleshooting, and procurement process guidance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, including the no-PO, no-pay policy.
• Evaluate supplier performance, reliability, pricing, and market competitiveness.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure purchasing decisions align with market benchmarks and business needs.
• Support indirect procurement categories, including corporate and professional services, office supplies, IT peripherals, telecommunications, MRO/facilities, tail spend, and contractor services.
• Assist with sourcing initiatives, vendor catalog solutions, discount programs, and other procurement projects.

Pay Rate: $32.24/hr

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Job Summary:

• The Senior Procurement Specialist will manage indirect procurement activities, including sourcing events, RFP/RFX execution, supplier negotiations, contract management, and purchase order processes.
• This role will partner with internal stakeholders, Legal, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing, procurement compliance, and efficient Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations within a large enterprise environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant procurement experience.
• Bachelor's or college degree required.
• Extensive indirect procurement experience within a large enterprise organization.
• Hands‑on experience with a major Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system such as Zycus, Coupa, Ariba, GEP, or iValua.
• Experience managing requisitions, purchase orders, and approval workflows.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, RFP/RFX execution, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Experience partnering with Legal teams on contract reviews and negotiations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Experience supporting complex, high-volume procurement operations in a large corporate environment.
