• 8+ years of indirect procurement experience in large corporate environments.
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems (Coupa, Ariba, GEP, Ivalua or Zycus) is critical for this role.
• Experience negotiating contracts and working with legal teams.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate contracts and partner with legal to finalize terms.
• Handle requisition processing and approval workflows within the Procure-to-Pay system.
• Gather quotations, evaluate bids, and make supplier awards in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor spend to target the lowest logical cost and conform to market benchmarks.
• Support vendor programs and stand up catalog solutions or vendor-specific discounts as needed.

Description du poste

Pay rate: 22-32/hr

Execute RFX/RFPs, contract negotiations, and govern functional approvals for assigned indirect Procurement topics. Efficiently monitor requisition, approval, and PO processes in the organization’s Procure 2 Pay platform (Zycus), handling order confirmation process with suppliers as well as transactional support as needed. Assist business requestors navigate the Procure 2 Pay system including training/troubleshooting, and guidance to enable compliance with a no-po no-pay policy. Gather quotations, examines bids and makes awards in partnership with internal stakeholders. Ensure spend decisions target lowest logical cost and are within applicable market benchmarks. Evaluates vendor reliability and develops new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are no longer competitive. Support special project events as assigned, which may include data gathering for sourcing events or managing the standup of vendor programs such as Catalog solutions or vendor specific discount programs. Collaborate with legal and business stakeholders on any contract negotiations.

Job Description

Must be worked in Enterprise originations or large markets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Extensive indirect procurement experience in a large corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, contract execution, and procurement compliance processes end-to-end.
• College Degree is must.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant procurement experience.
• Strong experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems.
• Hands‑on experience handling requisition processing and approval workflows.
• Proven background in sourcing and purchasing indirect procurement categories.
• Experience negotiating contracts and partnering with legal teams throughout the contract review and execution process.
• Must have experience working in large enterprise organizations and supporting complex, high-volume procurement environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
