• At least five years of procurement, project management, contract administration, or strategic sourcing experience.
• Public procurement experience is required.
• Master’s degree and professional certifications (CPPO, CPPB, PMP) and ERP/eProcurement experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of procurement laws, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
