Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in procurement or project management with 3+ years in leadership or support role managing procurement projects.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred; experience in large-scale project management.

Responsibilities

• Operations Support: Assist the Director in managing procurement operations and ensuring compliant, successful delivery of projects.
• Project Management: Oversee large-scale procurement projects, timelines, resources, and team performance.
• Process Improvement & Technology: Optimize workflows and integrate technology to boost efficiency.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance across activities.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Promote cross-department collaboration and external liaison.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Policy Implementation: Support policy development and adoption of new tech solutions.
