Job summary

Anchor Glass Container LLC seeks a Sr Procurement Analyst to support corporate procurement initiatives, improve efficiency, and standardize processes across multiple facilities. You will analyze spending, negotiate contracts, and drive continuous improvement in procurement and supplier diversity.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, a related degree, and strong Excel/Power BI skills. Domestic travel to plants is required, with collaboration across finance, operations, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 3+ years of experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project).
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to travel domestically to manufacturing plants on short notice.
• Experience with procurement processes: RFI/RFQ/RFP, contracts, pricing, and spend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide spend analysis and competitive bidding (RFI, RFQ, RFP) for sourcing across categories.
• Analyze total cost of ownership and forecast cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and implement supplier negotiations, contracts, and procurement policies.
• Support budgeting for commodities and materiel, including maintenance and parts.
• Measure KPIs and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
