Job summary

Marquee Staffing is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager for Indirect spend in Inglewood, CA. This on-site role pays $150,000–$175,000 per year and requires ~40 hours weekly with 5–25% travel, mostly in the U.S.

You will lead a small team, manage vendor selection, negotiate contracts, and drive cost savings across building services, IT, travel, and professional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of related experience and at least 5 years of leadership
• Master's degree with 6 years of related experience and at least 3 years of leadership
• 2+ years of experience in Aerospace, Defense, or another highly regulated industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong math and cost/pricing skills and knowledge of DFARS/FAR government contracting rules

Responsibilities

• Find and select the best vendors and suppliers.
• Request pricing and information from vendors through RFPs and RFQs.
• Compare prices, services, and terms.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Ensure purchasing follows company policies and procedures.

Senior Procurement Manager - Indirect Procurement

Location: Inglewood, CA (Greater LAX Area) - On-site
Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time
Pay: $150,000-$175,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week
Travel: About 5%-25%, mostly within the U.S.

What You Will Do

You will manage the purchasing of products and services the company needs to run its business. These items are not used to make the final product. You will also lead a small team that supports purchasing activities.

Main Responsibilities

What You Need

You must meet one of these education and experience requirements:

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree 10 years of related experience At least 5 years of leadership experience
Option 2: Master’s degree 6 years of related experience At least 3 years of leadership experience

You will also need:

• At least 2 years of experience in Aerospace, Defense, or another highly regulated industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
• Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Nice to Have SAP or other ERP experience.Strong contract negotiation experience.
• Experience finding major cost savings.
• JD degree or paralegal experience.
• Knowledge of DFARS/FAR government contracting rules.
