Job summary

Vultr is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for critical cloud infrastructure categories. You will own end-to-end procurement cycles, negotiate complex agreements, and build scalable processes that support rapid infrastructure deployment.

The role requires managing hardware, networking, and data center services with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with financial targets and risk policies. Strong negotiation and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of procurement experience in technology or infrastructure.
• Experience negotiating multi-million-dollar vendor contracts.
• Familiarity with GPU/AI hardware procurement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing for compute hardware, networking, cooling, and data center services.
• Negotiate vendor agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and hardware purchase contracts.
• Manage preferred supplier portfolio with qualification and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Engineering to align with requirements and risk policies.
• Drive cost reductions and track savings against budgets quarterly and annually.
• Own PO lifecycle from requisition to payment and ensure SLA compliance.
