Qualifications

• 8+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience within aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and KPI development.
• Advanced ERP/MRP experience with ability to interpret system-driven demand.
• US Citizenship or equivalent residency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a procurement team of 3 direct reports.
• Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials and MRO supplies.
• Develop sourcing strategies to improve cost and supplier reliability.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage open orders.
