EcoFlow is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead NA region sourcing, supplier development and cost management. You will collaborate with R&D, QA, Planning, and operations to secure reliable supply, negotiate contracts, and optimize performance.

We're now looking for a Senior Procurement Manager. This position is a full-time, hybird/position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement for the North America region, including supplier development, evaluation, onboarding, and day-to-day management; build and maintain a local supplier resource pool.
• Develop a deep understanding of the US local market environment, supply chain ecosystem, price levels, and industry practices; formulate and execute localized procurement strategies.
• Lead procurement RFQs, price comparisons, negotiations, and contract negotiations; control procurement costs and ensure delivery cycles and quality.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Planning, and other functions to drive localized procurement for new projects and ensure mass-production supply.
• Track supplier delivery, quality, and service performance; handle exceptions and drive continuous supplier improvement.
• Monitor US local supply chain policies, tariffs, logistics, and compliance requirements; identify and mitigate procurement risks.
• Regularly produce procurement data analysis and market insight reports to support management decision-making.
• Complete other procurement and supply chain-related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• US local procurement work experience; familiar with the US market environment, supplier resources, and procurement operating processes;
• Familiar with the full procurement process; strong capabilities in supplier development, negotiation, and cost control;
• Good cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills; able to work efficiently with international teams and US teams;
• Strong sense of responsibility, strong stress tolerance, independent problem-solving ability, and compliance awareness.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Familiar with procurement of energy storage / consumer electronics materials (battery cells, structural parts);
• North America local supplier resources or relevant industry connections;
• Experience in procurement in new energy, consumer electronics, energy storage, or related manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin is preferred listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to independently communicate with overseas clients and conduct requirement interviews as a working language;
