Job summary

Infosys BPM Limited, based in Chicago, seeks a Senior Manager to lead Procurement Operations and Technology Practice within its Digital Procurement Practice. You will guide client engagements, oversee strategy, and drive end-to-end procurement transformations.

Candidates bring 6–10 years of consulting in procurement/S2P, strong stakeholder leadership, and the ability to coach teams while shaping business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; equivalent experience considered.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in procurement/S2P or related areas.
• 6–10 years of consulting experience in procurement and/or supply chain, including S2P implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience presenting to executives.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on procurement technology implementations, with hands-on experience across leading S2P platforms.
• Lead workstreams or full engagements, managing scope, quality, and client expectations.
• Support business development pursuits, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Coach and develop junior team members and client resources.
• Expand existing client relationships and identify follow-on opportunities.
