Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive procurement experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior/category lead role.
• Experience managing indirect and/or direct procurement categories.
• Proven success in strategic sourcing and complex negotiations.
• Proficiency with ERP and procurement platforms (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba) and spend analytics tools.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute category strategies aligned to business goals, including demand forecasting and supplier segmentation.
• Develop multi-year sourcing plans prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
• Lead complex sourcing events (RFX, RFPs, RFIs) and negotiate contracts.
• Establish commercial terms, SLAs, and contractual frameworks.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Implement supplier scorecards, KPIs and continuous improvement plans.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and ensure compliance.
