Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a Senior Procurement Compliance Auditor to strengthen its DCMA-approved purchasing system. You will perform risk-based file reviews, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions in collaboration with Procurement leadership and Subcontracts teams.

You will apply FAR/DFARS requirements, produce defensible audit findings, and help update policies and training materials to mitigate risks across pre-award and post-award activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years related experience in procurement compliance, audit, supply chain, contracts/subcontracts, or government contracting.
  • 3+ years experience auditing procurement files for compliance and documentation sufficiency (internal audit/compliance, quality, procurement audit, CPSR support, or similar).
  • Prior experience working within a DCMA-approved purchasing system or equivalent purchasing system environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply FAR, DFARS, and other agency regulations to procurement actions and file documentation expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear audit results and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret requirements, assess evidence, and reach defensible conclusions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-award and post-award procurement file audits to evaluate compliance with policies and federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, agency supplements).
  • Evaluate file documentation for key purchasing system elements (sourcing, competition, flowdowns, representations, cost/price analysis).
  • Assess compliance with regulatory areas impacting procurements (FAR Part 12/Commerciality, CAS, TINA, price analysis).
  • Produce CPSR-ready audit comments and findings.
  • Identify audit trends and systemic risks; recommend improvements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and reduce repeat findings.
  • Provide guidance on applying FAR/DFARS requirements in procurement scenarios.
  • Support updates to policies, templates, checklists, and training materials.
  • Lead or support projects and audits as needed.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Procurement Compliance Auditor within the CACI's Corporate Contracts & Subcontracts Compliance team, you will play a key role in protecting and strengthening our DCMA-approved Purchasing System by performing risk based procurement file reviews, identifying compliance gaps, and driving corrective actions and process improvements. You'll partner closely with Procurement leadership, Buyers & Subcontracts Administrators, Contracts, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure procurement actions comply with CACI's policy & procedures and applicable federal acquisition requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-award and post-award procurement file audits to evaluate compliance with CACI's policies & procedures and federal regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and agency supplements, as applicable.
  • Evaluate file documentation for key purchasing system elements (e.g., sourcing/competition approach, subcontract type selection, flowdowns, commerciality, representations/certifications, documentation sufficiency, cost and price analysis, and more).
  • Assess compliance with regulatory areas impacting procurements, to include but not limited to, FAR Part 12/Commerciality, CAS applicability, TINA/threshold-driven requirements, cost/price analysis techniques, and single/sole source justifications.
  • Produce clear, defensible, CPSR-ready audit comments and findings during pre-award and post-award file audits.
  • Identify audit trends and systemic risks and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and reduce repeat findings.
  • Provide practical guidance and coaching to procurement team on applying FAR/DFARS requirements in real procurement scenarios.
  • Support updates to policies, templates, checklists, and training materials based on audit outcomes and regulatory changes.
  • Lead or support projects as well as internal and external audits, as needed.

  • Experience supporting a DCMA CPSR audit.
  • Experience developing procurement policies, templates, checklists, and job aid/reference guides on a variety of procurement topics.
  • Strong Excel & data analysis skills.

The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is

$61,600-$129,300
