Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking an accomplished procurement leader in Las Vegas to manage procurement oversight, RFP/RFQ development, and vendor onboarding for large-scale capital projects.

You will lead a cross-functional team, coordinate with clients, and drive procurement strategy across PR/PO processes in SAP Ariba to ensure timely, compliant delivery. On-site presence 2-3 days weekly is required.

Qualifications

• Based in Las Vegas with on-site 2-3 days per week.
• 7+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in mining, resources, or large-scale capital project environments.

Responsibilities

• Team Management & Procurement Oversight: manage procurement staff, provide guidance, and ensure standards and efficiency.
• Procurement & PO Administration – SAP: oversee PRs/POs in SAP, ensure accuracy and timely execution.
• RFP/RFQ Development & Market Engagement: lead RFP/RFQ development, procurement go-to-market, vendor communications, and evaluations.
• Vendor Onboarding – Ariba: oversee onboarding program in SAP Ariba, ensure structured process and compliance with vendor requirements.
