L3Harris Technologies in Rochester, NY is seeking a Sr. Associate, Procurement to manage supplier selection, pricing, and purchase orders. You will collaborate with operations to expedite orders and optimize inventory while supporting contract and blanket purchase agreements.

Responsibilities include using Oracle EBS/ASCP for planning, maintaining costs, and leading weekly supplier calls. Strong negotiation, communication, and teamwork are required for success in a dynamic defense tech

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of related procurement experience or equivalent.
• Experience with procurement systems and supplier management.
• Strong cost analysis, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with MRP and Agile configuration.
• Ability to manage multiple supplier relationships and processes.

Mansioni

• Issue RFQs, evaluate bids, select suppliers, and place POs; negotiate price and delivery.
• Use Oracle EBS/ASCP daily to analyze planning needs and update orders.
• Expedite POs to meet operation need dates and manage inventory impact.
• Support Blanket Purchase Orders, maintain standard cost, and supplier relations.
• Lead weekly supplier execution calls and monitor shortages with planning.
