Position Specific Description

Our Engineering, Construction & Supply Chain Business Unit is seeking a Senior Procurement Associate to join their team in Juno Beach, FL. This position will be responsible for executing the sourcing process for materials in support of our Engineering & Construction business unit. The selected candidate for this role will manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are on track and delivered to support project milestones. Candidate needs to be organized, pay attention to detail, and have a bias for action.

Job Overview

This role executes the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order (PR to PO) process and manages order fulfillment. Employees in this role would be expected to lead Requests For Proposal (RFPs), negotiations, and purchase document execution. Employees in this role will interact regularly with suppliers and address common supply chain issues. This role supports team initiatives and assists in data collection for stakeholders.
