Qualifications

Must possess a baccalaureate degree from an accredited academic institution.
One year prior experience as a GS-1102-13 (or equivalent) Contract Specialist, Supervisory Contract Specialist or Procurement Analyst.
Citizen of the United States; Selective Service registration for males born after 1959.
DAWIA Contracting Professional Certification within regulatory timelines is required.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee major DoW/Army/USACE national contracting programs.
Lead comprehensive reviews of complex acquisition documents to ensure compliance with procurement laws and regulations.
Interpret FAR/DFARS/AFARS updates and advise on their impact, coordinating with legal counsel on significant actions.
Lead high-level peer reviews and investigations, presenting findings to senior leadership.
