Job summary

The Rehancement Group, Inc. seeks Senior Procurement Analyst(s) to lead anticipated FTA Procurement System Review oversight, recipient compliance assistance, and special assignments. Hybrid location with travel for interviews, on-site reviews, and workshops.

Opportunity contingent on contract award; strong candidate will guide risk-based PSR reviews and provide expert support to recipients. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of experience in public transit, and proven leadership

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and training skills.
• Ability to identify transit management/operational risk and verify compliance.
• Ability to research multiple issues concurrently and produce PSR reports.
• Experience communicating with senior executives on transit operations and technical issues.
• Leadership of consulting teams on transit-related projects may count.

Responsibilities

• Lead PSR risk-based reviews and oversee full-scope or focus reviews.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings, data requests, site visits, and scoping.
• Lead desk reviews, interviews, testing, and site visits with recipient teams.
• Draft and quality-check PSR reports, memoranda, and corrective-action plans.
• Provide guidance and training to recipients without drafting their policies.
• Analyze oversight data and update PSR materials and presentations.
• Develop workshop content and present at trainings when assigned.
• Maintain records in FTA systems and deliver timely products.
