Overview

JST is currently seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst (GPC Program) (HCA function) to join our team. This is a full-time onsite position with potential for hybrid/remote work at Defense Health Agency (DHA) offices in San Diego, California. The Senior Procurement Analyst (GPC Program) (HCA function) should maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and deportment. Responsiveness and excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential as the role may involve interfacing with senior government and industry officials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) and Adobe Acrobat is required.

Responsibilities

1. Possess extensive knowledge of federal procurement, particularly within the GS-1102 (or similar) capacity, with a focus on the DoD GPC Program.
2. Manage all aspects of DoD procurement policy and acquisition management.
3. Apply fact-finding, analysis, and problem-solving techniques to develop actionable solutions.
4. Adhere to Federal and DoD contracting principles, including FAR, DFARS, DoD Directives, laws, and regulations.
5. Provide expert technical advice, coordinate staff efforts, and interpret guidelines and new developments.
6. Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to customers and stakeholders.
7. Guide management and staff on procedures, processes, and operational changes.
8. Organize and coordinate workflow across multiple organizational entities.
9. Prepare, monitor, and analyze data, and generate clear reports.
10. Run reports, analyze data, and support program review and monitoring activities.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of DoD procurement policies and all phases of acquisition management.
• Understanding of Federal and DoD contracting principles, laws, and regulations.

Clearance Requirements

• Must be able to pass a US Government Security Clearance.
